MIDI Oversized Vintage Washed Hoodie

MIDI came out of the pre-USB era when getting pieces of hardware to communicate meant cables, channels, mapping and a fair amount of trial and error. Anyone who worked that way knows the frustration—and the happy accidents that sometimes became the best part of the track.

I made this as a nod to that hands-on relationship with electronic music: less frictionless, more physical, and often more personal because you had to learn the machines well enough to make them cooperate.
