Apocryphal Cross Distressed Crewneck — Gray / Rust Cross

The Apocryphal Cross is built from an H and A sharing a single curved crossbar, with that same stroke turning the monogram into the cross itself.

I wanted the mark to feel less like a conventional logo and more like something that could have existed in another religious tradition — somewhere between Eastern Orthodox iconography, apocryphal texts, and the stranger edges of early Christian and Gnostic imagery. Those references shaped the atmosphere of the piece, but the symbol itself is original to The Higher Ark.

On this version, the dark rust-brown cross sits against a faded gray distressed crewneck. The colors give the mark an aged, oxidized quality that pushes it closer to the religious and apocryphal references behind the design.
